Sucden Financial today announced the appointment of Amanda Chan as the new Head of its Hong Kong Office (Sucden Financial (HK) Limited), as part of its on-going expansion of its Chinese and Asian business.
Ms Chan joins the firm from MF Global where she was at the forefront of managing corporate client relationships across the commodities and FX sectors, with a specific focus on metals. A business graduate of the Chinese University in Hong Kong, she has spent the last 10 years in the metals brokerage industry and has experience of both trading and brokerage roles.
The Hong Kong hub is a pivotal part of Sucden Financial’s servicing capabilities not just for its Hong Kong and Chinese clients, but as part of its strategy to widen the scope of its business across Asia.
